MG Red Frame Astray Ver. AMRe

Looooooooooong overdue. My first modded kit actually, and it's a bit sloppy. I also tried using the 'Scopa Decal Paper' to make my own custom decals, and won't be using them again. Had a bad experience working on the Scopa Decals <_<

And so, I present to you this kit. A sloppy kit with a lot of noob-ish mistakes.

      How did you attached the striker pack on the Astray? I'm planning to do the same mod on a Freedom suit instead. Same builder, "January 18, 2014 at 1:02 PM". May I ask for tips on weathering too? :D - Austria

      Oh God.. I apologize for the late reply. I managed to attached the backpack onto the Astray with the help of these backpack adaptor that came from the MG Blue Frame Astray's initial release. I actually got my 2nd bandai adaptor via an online seller. After that, I did a little height extension to it because I already did extended the height of my ARF.

      As for weathering, I used a Tamiya Weathering Master and did a lot of dry brushing.

Progress so far (WIP Strike Freedom FBM)

I'm already done painting the whole frame and some of the armor parts of my SF, and if you'll ask me right now..I think I can finish this guy by this week. The only problem that's stopping me on finishing this guy is the Flat White that's not available here in my place. YES, it's NOT available..I already looked/asked EVERY HARDWARE here @ Castillejos Zambales, and at Olongapo! which pisses me off <_<..anyway, here's my progress so far.. Till my next post! :D
